39M and have been training consistently for closed to 10 years. After taking the Tongkat Ali, I noticed better recovery and training gains. Increased libido is also a massive plus. ;) Having said that, both my partner and I noticed some side effects like nausea and reflux when it is taken with other medications or with food with high fat content.
