This product has been a live changer for me and have been taking 1 capsule daily for 2 years - first thing in morning with a full glass of water. In the first 2 weeks I did not notice anything. I was turning 70 years old and noted early ED symptoms. Before taking this I listened intently to Dr Rachel a Urologist on Facebook on this complex topic. I addressed my already good diet but started taking nitric oxide boosters like watermelon and beetroot etc and RED TONIK.
After 2 weeks on TONGKAT ALI I noticed I felt EDGEY as in sexually alert. Later I noticed a weird occurrence - to my touch my balls felt marginally bigger as in more fluidity. I later learnt from Dr Rachel that 90% of testosterone is produced by the testes. Dr Rachael said that gently squeezing your testes expels testosterone which causes an erection. It worked. I never got blood tests to evaluate testosterone levels as I felt the supplement increase it! Also, I noted after many months later morning wood returning and general penis sensitivity returning. This complex topic also needs to address Kegel Excercises. I also take other testosterone producing supplements like Fenugreek, ASHWAGANDRA and MACA .
I believe all of these have different biochemical pathways to produce and increase testosterone levels in different ways. However, I belief TONGKAT ALI is the most important of all of these supplements.
I also found I am increasing my muscle mass for this age group.
